Biosketch

Nobuyoshi Takeshita graduated from Chiba University’s School of Medicine in 2006 and completed Ph.D. at Chiba University’s Graduate School of Medical and Pharmaceutical Sciences in 2013. After ten years of clinical experience as a surgeon, specializing in gastrointestinal surgery and endoscopic procedures, he broadened his professional horizons as a visiting fellow in Gastroenterology at the National University of Singapore in 2015. Returning to Japan in 2016, he served in dual roles with Tokyo University’s Japan Biodesign and the National Cancer Center Hospital East (NCCHE). From 2020, he has held leadership positions in medical device development and startup support at NCCHE.
